2. The Peddler

In this video Cindy is demonstrating "The Peddler" exercise.  This is a general exercise for movement of the shoulders and upper back.  This exercise can be done in sitting or standing.

  • If sitting, sit up away from the back of your chair with your feet on the floor
  • Firm your stomach, but be sure not to hold your breath
  • Put your arms forward like you are taking a hold of bicycle peddles
  • Make a big motion as if you are peddling forward
  • Repeat the motion as if you are peddling backward
  • Perform 5 repetitions in each direction
