In this video Cindy is demonstrating the "Grab-n-Click" exercise which includes movement and stretching for your neck and shoulders. This can be done in standing or sitting, be sure to follow you hand with your head.
If sitting, sit up away from the back of your chair with your feet on the floor
Firm your stomach, but be sure not to hold your breath
Reach your hand up over your opposite shoulder like your are reaching for a seat belt
Be sure to follow your hand with your head, turning and looking up at your hand
"Grab the seat belt", giving the shoulder a mild stretch by pushing up at the elbow
Bring your hand down to the opposite side, next to your hip "clicking the seat belt in"
Be sure to follow your hand with your head, turning and looking down at your hand
