In this video Cindy is demonstrating the "Grab-n-Click" exercise which includes movement and stretching for your neck and shoulders. This can be done in standing or sitting, be sure to follow you hand with your head.
- If sitting, sit up away from the back of your chair with your feet on the floor
- Firm your stomach, but be sure not to hold your breath
- Reach your hand up over your opposite shoulder like your are reaching for a seat belt
- Be sure to follow your hand with your head, turning and looking up at your hand
- "Grab the seat belt", giving the shoulder a mild stretch by pushing up at the elbow
- Bring your hand down to the opposite side, next to your hip "clicking the seat belt in"
- Be sure to follow your hand with your head, turning and looking down at your hand
- Repeat the same motion on the opposite side
- Perform 2-3 repetitions on each side
