Glut Sets - PYF

In this video, Alex is demonstrating Glut Sets. These are typically performed lying down, though can be performed when sitting as well. 

  • Squeeze your buttocks muscles together
  • Hold for 5 seconds then relax

Perform 5-10 reps, 1-2x per day
