In this video Becca is demonstrating the Overhead Reach. This stretch focuses on your shoulders, trunk and hips.
Sit up nice and tall, feet flat on the floor
Raise both hands up toward the ceiling, really reaching for the ceiling
Next, bend at your waist/hips reaching down to your toes
Repeat reaching up then back down as tolerated 10-15 times
If you can't reach your toes, try reaching for your lower legs
For additional low back support, place your hands on your thighs, sliding your hands down your legs as you bend forward and up your legs as you come back up
