Stretch 6 - Triceps

In this video Becca demonstrates a Triceps Stretch. This stretch focuses on the back of your upper arms and shoulders.

  • Sit up nice and tall with your feet on the floor
  • Extends your right arm out in front of you
  • Bring your right arm across your chest
  • Take your left hand, placing it on the back side of your right arm just above the elbow
  • Gently pull the right arm in toward your body
  • You will feel a stretch along the outside of your right upper arm into your shoulder
  • Slightly release the right arm if the stretch is too much
  • Hold for a count of 4-5
  • Repeat on the left arm
  • Perform 2-3 repetitions as tolerated
