Stretch 7 - Hugs

In this video Becca is demonstrating the Hugs Stretch. This stretch focuses on your shoulders, chest and upper back.

  • Sit up nice and tall with your feet flat on the floor
  • Extends your arms out behind you, thumbs up, palms facing out
  • Look up toward the ceiling to your tolerance
  • Hold for a count of 4-5
  • Bring your arms in, wrapping your arms around your chest (Hug yourself:)
  • Hold for a count of 4-5
  • As you repeat, switch position of arms (top/bottom) in the hug position each time
  • Perform 2-3 repetitions as tolerated
