Stretch 8 - Knee to Chest

In this video Becca is demonstrating a Knee to Chest Stretch.  This stretch focuses on your hips.

  • Sit up nice and tall with your feet flat on the floor
  • Firm your stomach, but be sure not to hold your breath
  • Pull one knee toward your chest
  • Hand placement can be at the front of the knee or at the back of the thigh depending on your comfort level
  • Hold for a count of 4-5
  • Repeat on the opposite leg
  • Perform 2-3 repetitions on each side as tolerated
