Knee to Chest Stretch
. This stretch focuses on your hips.
Sit up nice and tall with your feet flat on the floor
Firm your stomach, but be sure not to hold your breath
Pull one knee toward your chest
Hand placement can be at the front of the knee or at the back of the thigh depending on your comfort level
Hold for a count of 4-5
Repeat on the opposite leg
Perform 2-3 repetitions on each side as tolerated
