Short Arc Quads - Knee

In this video, Alex is demonstrating Short Arc Quads

  • Place a rolled pillow or towel under the back of your knee
  • Straighten the leg from the knee down by tightening the muscles on the top of the thigh
  • Hold for a count of 5, then relax
  • Keep the back of your knee in contact with the towel roll at all times

The roll in this exercise is to be used during the exercise only.  Remove once the exercise is completed.  Do not lay or sit for any prolonged period of time with anything underneath your knee. This will make getting your knee straightening more difficult.
